Clarion’s states it plans to develop a 17-story building with around 356,000 square feet of space. The project also will have 8,000 square feet of ground-floor retail plus 730 underground parking stalls, supporting a rich, urban experience for downtown Bellevue pedestrians, bicyclists and workers.
